Whether you wish to promote a new product launch, open a new outlet or hold a training day for your staff, we can help you create maximum impact at your event by having your corporate message and logo prominently displayed on the dragons for all to see.
Our in-house marquee division can provide 3m x 3m eezee-up shelters, as well as marquees of various sizes for all your teams or clients needs. These marquees can range from small 3m x 3m shelters as shown, suitable for changing or crew shelter, to larger 9m x 9m marquees often used as refreshment tents, to full sized marquees large enough to house tables, chairs and even a stage - complete with flooring and even chandeliers as required.
If you want additional entertainment, just let us know. Many of our events have Chinese Dragons performing as it both adds to the day and helps bring the magic of dragon boating alive.
Our policy of only selecting the very best dragon boat helms and event crew from around the UK means our experienced event team often has in excess 50 years of dragon boating experience at each event.
We also supply as standard at your event, p.a. coverage throughout the day as well as music and full running commentary.
We are famous for the great music we play, which always give our events that 'magical' atmosphere.
Dragon Boat Events Ltd. are the only company in the UK to have a boat trailer capable of carrying six forty-foot dragon boats at a time. Our distinctive control vehicles are unique to our events in that they form a focal point to all our events, contain a public address system and also a commentary base. They also house our computerised results service and a leader board, on which results and times are posted as they happen. Last but not least, they act as dedicated First Aid stations.”
All our events are covered by our own safety boat - and ex RNLI 'D' class inflatable rib which, with our other boats, is capable of rescuing an entire crew in the event of a capsize. For additional safety, our key event crew members are also linked by our own short wave radios and have first aid certification.
To round off your event in style, the day finishes with an award ceremony where China trophies are awarded to the top three teams. For the winning crew, each registered member gets presented with our own 'Olympic' style medals, which are made of solid metal and hang from their own red ribbon!
